摘要:In this talk, we study some numerical methods for solving inverse singular value problems including Newton-type methods and the Ulm-like method. In particular, an extended Newton-type method suiting for the multiple and/or zero singular values is proposed and a new approach is developed for establishing the convergence results of the proposed method. Moreover, numerical experiments are given to illustrating our theoretical results.
报告人简介:李冲,浙江大学数学系教授、博士生导师。主要从事非线性逼近理论、非线性优化理论、科学计算等领域的研究。在国际顶级期刊Math. Program、SIAM J. Optim、IMA J. Numer. Anal.。和著名期刊J. London. Math. Soc.、Nonlinear Anal.、J. Approx. Theory、J. Complexity等上发表SCI学术论文200余篇,出版专著1部。主持承担完成国家自然科学基金面上项目10项、首届教育部新世纪优秀人才计划项目1项、省部级基金项目6项。
